5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes provided at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. All shipments are fully insured.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and documentation. Bespoke, engraved, and personalised items are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ratnakar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or purchase of our products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
